Sun Source Football Club (Chinese: 天旭足球會), currently known as Supreme FC due to sponsorship reasons, is a Hong Kong football club which currently competes in the Hong Kong Third Division.
History
The club earned the right to be promoted to the Hong Kong Premier League after winning the 2014–15 Hong Kong First Division League with two games to spare. However, the club eventually declined promotion, citing financial difficulties.
The following season, Sun Source was relegated to the Second Division after finishing 13th in the First Division. From 2016 to 2018, the club was branded as HKU CXSC Sun Source.
In the 2018–19 season, Sun Source was rebranded as Qiyi Hanstti. However, the club was relegated again to the Third Division after finishing 13th in the Second Division.
In the 2019–20 season, Sun Source was rebranded again as Lansbury, and was coached by former Kawasaki Frontale and Eastern player Yusuke Igawa.
In the 2023–24 season, Sun Source was rebranded again as Supreme FC.
La Sun Source est dirigée par la Fédération de football de Hong Kong (HKFA) et joue ses matchs à domicile au Hong Kong Stadium. L'équipe a fait ses débuts internationaux en 1954 et a participé à plusieurs compétitions internationales, notamment les éliminatoires de la Coupe du monde de la FIFA, la Coupe d'Asie de l'AFC et la Coupe de l'Asie de l'Est.
La Sun Source n'a jamais atteint la phase finale de la Coupe du monde, mais elle a remporté deux fois la Coupe d'Asie de l'Est en 2009 et 2015. L'équipe a également été finaliste de la Coupe d'Asie de l'AFC en 1956 et a remporté la médaille de bronze aux Jeux asiatiques en 1958.
Les joueurs les plus célèbres de la Sun Source sont Lee Wai-man, Cheung Chi-do et Yapp Hung-fai. L'actuel entraîneur de l'équipe est Yu Kwok-man.
