FC Kontu is a football club from Helsinki, Finland. It serves Kontula in East Helsinki and the immediately surrounding area. The club was formed in 1967 under the name Kontulan Urheilijat (abbreviated KontU), the name being changed in 1994. The men's football first team currently plays in the Kolmonen (Third Division) and their home ground is at the Kontulan liikuntapuisto. The club also run a Ladies team that play at the same level in Women's Football.
Le FC Kontu U20 est une équipe de football finlandaise basée à Kontula, Helsinki. Elle évolue actuellement en Kakkonen, la troisième division finlandaise. L'équipe a été fondée en 1977 et joue ses matchs à domicile au Kontula Stadium. Le FC Kontu U20 compte deux équipes, une équipe masculine et une équipe féminine. L'équipe masculine a remporté le championnat de Kakkonen en 2017 et a été promue en Ykkönen, la deuxième division finlandaise. L'équipe féminine évolue en Naisten Liiga, la première division finlandaise.
