Club Deportes Castro is a Chilean professional basketball team located in Castro, Chile. The team currently competes in the Liga Nacional de Básquetbol de Chile.

History

Deportes Castro was established in 2003. The team's first coach was Jose Fernandez, who led the team until 2010. The most notable performance were at the Liga Nacional 2011-2012, when they won the title.

CD Castro est un club chilien de basket-ball basé à Castro, sur l'île de Chiloé. Le club a été fondé en 1926 et évolue actuellement dans la Liga Nacional, la première division du basket-ball chilien.

CD Castro a remporté 5 titres de champion de la Liga Nacional, en 1958, 1963, 1984, 1985 et 2000. Le club a également remporté 4 titres de champion de la Copa Chile, en 1959, 1980, 1981 et 1982.

CD Castro est l'un des clubs les plus titrés du basket-ball chilien. Le club est connu pour son jeu rapide et spectaculaire, ainsi que pour son soutien populaire.
