Persatuan Sepakbola Magetan (simply known as Persemag Magetan) is an Indonesian football club based in Magetan, East Java. They currently compete in the Liga 3.
History
Persemag was founded in 1977 as Asosiasi Sepakbola Magetan (ASMAG). In 1989, ASMAG change its name to Persemag. Persemag best achievement was in 2000 when they managed to advance to Liga Indonesia First Division. But it didn't last long, Persemag falling down and now they are playing in the Liga 3 East Java Region.
Le Persemag Magetan, également connu sous le nom de Laskar Lawu, est une équipe indonésienne de football basée à Magetan, dans la province de Java oriental. L'équipe évolue actuellement en Liga 3, la troisième division du football indonésien.Le Persemag Magetan a été fondé en 1953. Le club a connu sa période de gloire dans les années 1970 et 1980, lorsqu'il a évolué en première division du football indonésien. Le Persemag Magetan a également remporté la Coupe d'Indonésie à deux reprises, en 1979 et 1986.Aujourd'hui, le Persemag Magetan est une équipe modeste qui vise à retrouver les sommets du football indonésien. L'équipe possède un large soutien local et est connue pour sa passion et son esprit de combat.
