Le BR USM Semarang est un club de football indonésien basé à Semarang, dans la province de Java central. Fondé en 1959, le club évolue actuellement dans la Liga 3, le troisième niveau national.

Le BR USM Semarang a connu une période de succès dans les années 1990, remportant le championnat de division 2 en 1994 et le championnat de division 1 en 1998. Le club a également atteint la finale de la Coupe d'Indonésie en 1999, mais s'est incliné face au PSM Makassar.

Au cours des dernières années, le BR USM Semarang a connu des résultats mitigés. Le club a été relégué en Liga 3 en 2020, mais est revenu en Liga 2 en 2022. L'objectif du club est de retrouver l'élite nationale, la Liga 1.
